I grew C.C. with my last grow 100% germ. rate 50/50 M/F big sucker had to lst towards the middle of flower maybe sooner,we are talking 7' to 8 ft. BUD they did well I can"t give you weight but over 2 gal. bags I have to say it's the SMILEYEST weed ever I smoke 1 and I am so happy, I don't know why, but it is, I've been doing what we do for 40+ yrs, And this one always makes me SMILE 65 Days of Flower

thats cool. i bought a bag a few years ago that made me smile like a mad man, it was the happiest weed I ever had.
i've been trying to find that same type of high ever since, but have yet to find it. All i can remember is it was early outdoor @ 45* N lat. I think it had a juicy fruit smell.

sweet tooth is real close , in fact back in the day federation allegedly used SOL genetics for most of their work. I dont know of any proof but it was reported by certain breeders that alot of their plants were knock offs of Breeder Steves renamed.
Nice. I am lucky to have a pack of these in the fridge. Did you notice much variation between the 5 females? In terms of structure and finishing time.
My Crown Royal from them was very nice. I don't grow it anymore and my friend lost the cut. Still have some in the jar.

Federation Mikado is some incredible gear. There is a prevalence of this sweet raspberry flavoured pheno amongst them that just reeks and tastes rediculously mouthwateringly good candy. Yields real well with the tightest bud imaginable. It hits hard if finished properly and cured well and delivers a high that is so super sensuous and cozy...an all out winner in the bedroom!
And if I remember correctly, I think it was supposed to be a knockoff of Pink Grapefruit, wasn't it?
Made me a swag of f2 beans of these because I really didn't want to ever be without it...

you are right on gro. we ran the rasberry pheno for 5-6 years back in the day, but the mom was lost. that was one of the tastiest plants i've ever had. we had her finish by the end of august 2 years outdoor, with great yeilds. i grabbed a 10 pack from ********* last year but havn't found anything worth keeping. still have 2 beans left, so all i can do is hope for the best when i germ them.
i've had cotton candy a few times and loved it, but i've never worked with her. i know every one loves the romulan too, but i didn't like the tatse when i use to get it.
Ive popped 8 of my 10 cotton candy 08-09' from federation (order from seedboutique).
I have been pretty disappointed so far. Nothing that tastes sweet or candy like, some were hashy and some were earthy, but nothing fruity (ive got lemon G right next to it).
Two hermies, one girl went 75+ and is earthy/fudgy (i dont want to smoke fudge) and small trichs, and one that is a super freak, she stretches like crazy, but then sets rock hard, tric covered nugs, and is done @ 56days. They dont look dissimilar in veg, but the flowering couldnt look much different.
Its not exactly 'Federation's Sweet Tooth' which is what i had hoped for. The phenos i ended up with didnt cause cotton mouth (and ive smoked a killer cut of cotton-mouth-causing, sweet-as-fuck cotton candy). Maybe i just didnt get lucky, but im not buying a second pack to keep looking.

You my friend are a lucky man. The Crown I had was one of only 2 seeds gifted to me. One Female One Male. Let the male go. The Female went 10 weeks. It could have maybe gone a bit longer, but that's how long my main strain goes. The flavor was really clean. Hard to really describe it. Not sweet but almost floral. The yield was actually decent. Beautiful Color. Very lime green with Orange Hairs. The High was the best part. Super clean. No paranoia or rush. Just a nice warm feeling. My favorite day time herb. No burnt out feeling.
I suppose I should have kept it around. It also cured really well. I still have some nugs from my first crown, more than 2 years ago. They are definitely devoid of chlorophyll, but the high is still really clean.
If you make f2's....man I would super appreciate it. You could donate them as freebies if you were so inclined
. I hope you enjoy them and do sprout them. I will take some pictures tomorrow of the dried nuggets and put them in my album.

it has always been my understanding that cotton candy is a 100% knockoff of sweet tooth at its finest however, mr. shroomdr describes a cotton candy/sweet tooth i do not know so perhaps things have changed? it has not been on the federation seeds "new issues/releases" for sometime now.
i also had difficulty finding the sweet pheno and instead usually found a potent, hashy tasting plant no one would ever kick out of bed so no complaints from me. peace-biteme

I am curious about COTTON CANDY from Federation...I managed to snag a pack like 2 years ago on the bay on their Easter EGG HUNT...i think it cost 40 bucks..I saw and snagged it up real quick..ANY others grow her out??

i have found another website, though they have terrible reviews, but cotton candy f2's are only $30 a pack...

Did Federation also do Romulan x NYC Diesel? Or was that another Canadian Co? I got these years ago and haven't popped them......SC
Gypsy Nirvana has an F1 Mikado x C99 cross right now for sale and you could easily make F2's of them and isolate more Mikado leaning plants if you wanted to but they will probably show up in the F1 generation anyways.
