Favourites from seed

Whats up everybody, I have experience with elite clones that produced some great highs. Ive been searching through many different forums researching, but I want to ask the question myself. From all your personal experience what is the most enjoyable or strongest high from seed that you cant seem to throw out of your garden? The more feedback the better, Thanks

My personal favorites from seed are;
Rez's Strawberry Diesel
Anything from DJ Short (Blueberry is my personal DJ favorite that is still avalible)

I also am testing some new seedlines to find more seed keepers
SOL's Blubonic
H3ad's G13 Diesel
Sour Queen 2
Skunkyballs 7 (Cheese x Deep Chunk IBL)
and probably some other that I neglected to mention. I hope this helps a little, but in the end it all comes down to personal preference. Best of luck

well..i saw that and figured i'de chime in on this..

purple rhino is a phenotype of white rhino, that turns purple.. and not a select strain for purchase under any particular breeder..

this ..all being from what i've read..

but i am also always willing to be wrong

peace, and goodluck

Well THAT made me feel guilty too!

White Rhino
Purple White Rhino
Ice
Blue Mystic
Sweet Tooth 1.1
Bogglegum
an old old Afghani I grew 20 years ago outdoors that would yield about a pound or more a plant, if started in early march.

My own cross of White Rhino [stabilized as well as I could]
and Pure Power Plant.

Nice, fast , hard buds, pretty plant in general will take any amount of insect problems and disease.

landrace, now there's a plan! I see all this talk about abcd x xqw and vdx x webby and so on and it's all nonsense to me! Maybe I'm missing something, but I would guess that getting back to the basics and breeding your own strains is the way to go, instead of relying on someone else's cross that may or may not work for you. Of course, many people do not have the space or time or inclination to breed their own weed. But even just doing some backcrosses form a limited amount of plants could meet or exceed some of the makeshift seed sellers out there now. And there are plenty of get lucky stories about those who crossed bagseed plants and started a seedbank from it. I was amazed to here that Magus Genetics started that way, and it worked well for them but I'll bet there are far more scammers than legit breeders around working with bagseeds these days. I'm sure there are plenty of great strains out there, but most started from crosses between Landraces and IBL's or either of those two crossed with a true-breeding hybrid and backcrossed for stability. So good luck man, I hope to learn a lot about what landrace strains are available and from where.

I've actually had some bagseed that I wish I kept, it sure beats a lot of stuff available now that's for sure! But I am talking about quality of breeding here, not some willy nilly haphazard crosses done by some closet hack! You have to have a plan, and find/develop stable strains to cross with each other to have a respectable breeding program. With those strains you mention, you seem headed in the right direction! good luck

quick question though, something that confuses me...
if you have all these elite clones and had great luck with them, why you asking for advice on seed strains? It's like a professor learning more from the students than vice versa, or at least that's how it seems. Well I hope you find what you are looking for.

the clones were great for everyday chillin'- but I am interested in landraces because they are pure, not watered down like most of todays strains with 50 crosses in their history. Its like Im gonna make this and then Im gonna cross it to this and then take this ,yea, and cross it to this one and its gonna be potent as fuck, but have no integrity to it, or some shit like that Im rambling but to break it down- I want to take it old old school and see what marijuana is like in its most pure form. Then I will take it from there. It would also be cool to unexpectedly lay a party out under the wrath of the herb. peace
