favorite way to smoke/intake your hash?

I'm wondering how people like to enjoy their extracts.

Often times I take small bits and do bong hits using a screen.

I personally don't like to smoke hash out of glass pipes as I find that once it gets going you need to keep puffing or much will burn w/o you inhaling it - especially since I'm often puffing solo

so I've been thinking back to the old days and considering picking up a brass pipe like I remember we used to smoke hash out of before the color changing glass craze set in something like this

then I saw the ol' protopipe and remembered that one has a nice lid and might be the perfect hash tool...

so I'm wondering what other folks like to enjoy they're extracts out of

I have a nice glass hash pipe I try and do one hits out of and use a nickle for a bowl cover. Sometimes I chop it up/melt it into a thin joint.

Seen this thread and had to go get pictures of my hash pipe. Hope you guys enjoy. I advise everybody to go out and get a custom one made.

edit: Oh yeah hear is a picture of what I like to smoke hash out of on vacation. Some old timers' taught me this trick.

just stick a needle (or something) through cardboard (or whatever is handyly available);get the hotel drinking glass (from by the sink) and put your hash on the end of the needle. Light the hash, blow it out after it's cherried and put the cup on top. Watch cup fill up with hash smoke, and then sip smoke from between cardboard and cup. Not all hash works this way, but sometimes this method has been a lifesaver for me.

Ahhh the old hash under glass.. works better when you bend and press a straw between the glass and cardboard.. makes a little hash sippy cup.

ah yes actually hash under glass can be real nicely done with a hurricane lamp globe. hand over top while it fills and then quickly switch to mouth - lift and suck...

Dragon, bong, HmKut-Vap, joint, hot knife, Volcano helicopter.....

I used to have a wooden 'hash pipe'. It has a lid and the lid has a small screen so you can hit it with the lid closed. It makes the hash/herb go out quickly so you don't waste as much. I've rarely smoked hash out of glass due to waste

i think the dragon would be called a steamroller glass pipe. the great thing about this system is that you don't suck the smoke directly in, you first let it fill the big chamber, this lets the smoke cool down. then you pull it through. this is one of the smoothest ways i know to smoke bubble.

as for the volcano, you must have heard of it. it's a vaporizer.

the helicopter is just the trick with the glass and needle or pin. we used to call those helicopters for some reason.

the volcano helicopter is missing a comma lol.

ok - yes I have heard of the volcano and in fact I own one - so do you just put your hash in the thing and vap ?

no i first put a portion of bud in, i then proceed to vape it normally. then i will vape it one more time at 8.5 or even 9. this vapor might not be very nice so you don't have to inhale it. it is useful as a screen for the bubble. i make sure to use the powdery bubble, normally my 120 bag is the best for the volcano as it's fine. so i sprinkle the bubble on the vaporized buds. and let it rip at 8.5 i don't add the hash directly to the screen as i find it gunks it up blocking the holes. i must admit the HmK vaporizer is much the better option for vaporizing hash or specially oil. but the bubble is specially tasty and smooth in the 'cano, even if it doesn't seem the most efficient way to hit hash. the volcano is superb for bud though, no doubt.
