FASTEST SEX OF MY LIFE

Fairly new here but appreciate the advice I've picked up so far. I've got some BOB BogBubble seeds (thanks BOG & Two Rivers Dispensary in Sac) that I want to get flowered out as soon as humanly possible.

I was thinking of how I might go about this but don't want to re-invent the wheel. My thoughts were to:

1. germ the seeds directly in 3" pots with Light Warrior
2. grow out for a couple of weeks
3. pot up to 6" containers of "mostly" FFOF soil blend
4. (same day) snip a few cuts from each plant and move to the bubble cloner
5. put the bubble cloner directly under 12/12
6. watch paint dry, grass grow, or some other excruciatingly slow process while awaiting sex to show
7. cull males and the plants that they came from
8. take cuts from the remaining female plants and flip the seed mothers
9. off we go to perpetual wonderland!

IS THERE A FASTER WAY TO SEX THESE SEEDS

I think the only faster way to grow the seeds might be with bubbleponics or coco vs soil but what you've got planned will work fine...

Faster? Veg the seedlings under 12/12 then take your cuttings....

DON"T Kill all your boys. Keep the best structured one to make more seeds. It's not hard to seed one branch with a paper bag.

All I had to get to grow was one boy after a fire. Planted 6 had a fire kill them.Then out of the 4 left only on popped and hew was a beautiful specimen.(not grow related) and I sent out a ton of pollen to get some seeds back. Didn't happen,well sort of only got ten back and all were duds. I hope one day to get more,I just don't have the monies or friends who would send me some. But karma will prevail some day..soon I hope.

Patience brings buds. Is something my good friend Radvancan from FMS loves to say and he is correct. Just be a little bit more patient an it will pay off for sure. Most new growers screw up by being impatient. That's the #1 rule of thumb in my book is PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE ! When a woman is pregnant as much as you can't wait to see your newborn child. You can't rush it and have it come out premature. I don't what the frick I'm even saying with my stupid analogy. But it's late and I can't think of anything else at the moment. So keep it patient and you ill get the reward soon enough. Trust me. Sexing should be th least of your concerns. Wait till you have nice big colas that your dying to try out and want to chop every day. But you gotta wait. My thing is that if I think they are ready to be chopped I I usually give them an extra few days to a week before I do.

The only hole I see in your plan is number 8.....unless you got a breeder male already, those female buds ain't gonna seed themselves. Sooo, if you want seeds you gonna need to let at least one male go for a bit till it drops pollen.

Okay so I decided to slow it down and get the environment dialed prior to popping any beans. May take an extra few weeks to knockout though. I'll return then. I think it'll be worth the wait.

and about the 14/10,do you have any actual experience with that?is it faster than 12/12?

Germinate seeds. Once sprouted immediately put under 18/6.

Depending on conditions/the strain, you may need two to four weeks till the seedling is large enough with a few leaflets.

Change to 16/8 after they are large enough. One week later switch to 14/10.

Just on the horizon to flower, run 14/10 for a few weeks. This will make the plants expose sex. Then you can take out the dudes and switch to 12/12 with the girls, or keep them in 14/10 if you want to veg them and increase the time to 18/6 again to speed things up or keep it at 14/10.

14/10 won't have them flower, but they will shoot out pistils with hairs, or nanners.

Oh and most importantly, DO NOT drastically change the light source. Example: Don't switch from MH 16/8 then HPS 14/10.

The light spectrum change will cause stress on the plants and cause staggered growth till the plant is used to the new spectrum. To increase speed of sex, ensure the same light spectrum is provided throughout vegging for a stress free run, helping you earn more girls as well.

Hope this helps a bit. Its what I do to recreate the late summer sun inducing flowering.
