FAREWELL to Meerkat ~Flower~ RIP

I just found out that Flower matriarch of the Whiskers clan, who was star of the show, Meerkat Manor, died after being bitten by a cobra. She actually died in February when Animal Planet started filming the 3rd season of Meerkat Manor, but the episode leading up to her death was not aired until 2 weeks ago.

Its a wonderfully addictive show and I try to catch each episode, but missed the past couple of Fridays. Personally, its hard to imagine watching this show without Flower. She will truly be missed!

hey that s coo l u posted this as i have caught some of those episodeds at a house with cable and fell in live with those little guys. don't recall flower but darn some gottsa die.hope all is well with all other meerkats on that show wiill try to catch more of ot in future! nuggler

lol i've seen a few episodes of that on Animal Planet, good show but i can't watch it cos it gets a bit sad at times!

Yea, I agree with you PhenoMenal, the show does get a bit sad at times, I find myself changing channels when things start getting to tense.
