Do you have your circiulation fans on or off during the 12 hour dark period?

questions for the Pros and gurus should we have the ciciulation fans On or off?

Yes, I believe leaving the fans on all the time is best, and beneficial.

Fans circulate air, which helps everything from stem strength to making a leaf inhospitable for many pests. It also keeps stagnant air from forming.

I keep my fans running non stop when the light is on.

When the light is off I have the fans go on and off a few times
during the night to remove excess humidity and keep things fresh.

Always on. They like the moving air and it makes for stronger stems. In fact, they get a fan from the time they develop the first set of leaves all the way to the chop.

i'm with corky, giving the EXHAUST fan a couple 15 minute breaks during lights out will give the fan some time to cool down and that will help extend the life of the fan. yes, circulation fans are on 24/7 but even they could use a break once in a while.. I don't but should.

lots of healthy air movement and not too much water plus a good exhaust will keep many nasties at bay,,,,

atm during the nights (its winter here) I have them on timers alternating every 15 mins
