F*#% ME!!!!!!

Went to check on my girls in the morning a couple days ago, after a storm and brief power outage and everything seemed fine. Went out in my grow are late last night to check on something and heard the fan running that should only be running when the lights are on, and low and behold the lights were on.
Apparently something went wrong with my timer (I am assuming due to the storm) and everything has been running in the on position for about 36 hrs.....I am running a perpetual flower cabinet, so have girls in there that are about 50 days in to 12-12, all the way down to about 3 days in to 12-12......how fucked am I with this stress??
And if they do hermie from this major light stress, should I just let them seed and make a fem seed run out of this disaster? I know everyone avoids hermie's, but I know seed vendors who stress the plants like this to make their fem seeds.

(ps: I switched out timers and just set them back on their normal schedule)

Thanks

if you had a power outage then the timer shut off with the power and when it came back on the timer is now off by how many hours the power outage was for.. reset timer and all is good..i would not worry. goodluck

thanks....I hope you all are right lol....and for the record, the power outage must have been from some sort of surge and it fried (or it just malfunctioned) my electronic timer. so now when it says off, everything is still on. This is why I didnt catch it when I checked the next day to see if everything came on in the morning when it should have (apparently it had come on alright, just wouldnt go back off)...very odd, and hopefully Im ok.

Thanks

Do you have a surge protector? I'd run your electronics off of one for sure. Most utility outlet strips have one built in

It takes plants about 2 weeks to respond to a change in light regime. Just continue growing as if nothing happened and you should be fine.

Dont worry about it. They should only hermie if hermie prone. And not all strains are. If it does, just carefully pull off the bananas from the base and bag them quickly. No biggy.

Thanks guys....just checked in on the girls again and everything seems to be doing just fine. I'll keep my eyes open for any issues but hopefully I caught and fixed the problem in time.

Thanks again
