Eye protection help

I'm growing with LEDs and sometimes I have to go in my tent with the lights on are their specific glasses I should be wearing or are any sunglasses okay or am I not supposed to go in with lights on

Safety Tip #1: Never look directly at the bulb(s) when they are on if you can.

In other words, look with the light and don't look into it.

They do sell protective glasses. I just wear my polarized sunglasses and follow Tip #1 as much as possible.

Just be careful. The second link has some safety glasses, that have LED lights built in, and do not protect your eyes from light.

think they do have them for led now, but def need them.
