Experts needed identify this pest

I’ve battled the dreaded root aphid and lost. Now I’m paranoid of every movement in the room. Caught some fliers. Can’t really tell between the fungus gnats or the evil entity know as the root aphid.

Thoughts?

I call fungus gnat. RA flyers don’t have wings laid flat against the abdomen, the wings are held upright. Another test is observing behavior, fungus gnats jump around in a zigzag pattern. RA flyers are usually stationary, easy to squash one with your finger.
