Experience - pollination, and acclimatization of Twisted Helix, Slurricane IX..

I had Twisted Helix, Slurricane IX seeds. I planted them this year and want to see what happens. I also seeded feminized Sugar Cheese and Zkittlez autoflowers. For pollination by them. It is clear that autoflowers were sown much later so that they bloomed at the same time.

Beauty plants! Best of luck. :)

I do my best to collect, dry and store as much pollen as possible. I'd recommend doing that with your males this year. Should things go wrong, you'll have pollen ready the moment you need it next time, even if that is 10 years from now. :)

You again! You have such good ideas haha =)

Sorry I don't mean to hijack the thread, but coincidentally I decided a few weeks ago why not keep pollen of every male I grow from now on? It's not like it's a lot of work. Now I see you mention you have viable pollen after 10 years, it makes a lot of sense.

Any advice on how to make sure the pollen stays usable long term? I have 2 males at the moment and am collecting the pollen in little eppendorf vials, i throw inside the vials a couple of silica gel pearls, and stick the vials inside a Tupperware filled with rice and close it. My plan is to wait a couple weeks to make sure it's dry, then store the vials into vitamin/pill bottles, seal them label them and throw them in the freezer.

Overkill? Or are you even more careful?

Great looking plants btw OP!

Slurricane IX is slowly maturing.
Near avto avto Sugar Cheese. To pollinate them photoperiod. Specially sat down late
Resinousness, as you can see, rolls over, goes far along the okolochechny leaves.
