EWC, Garden Tone, or mix of both for flowering top dress?

My outdoor ladies started flowering about a week and a half ago. I'm getting some yellowing leaves on the bottoms, although I think it's do to low light because of the area they're in. I'd like to top dress to help them though flower. I have EWC, and Espoma Garden Tone (3-4-4). They've been top dressed with EWC a couple times during veg, and had about 1 cup each mixed in the top 4-5" of soil during veg as well. All of the girls are planted directly in ground.

Would either, or both of these be good to use, or not a good idea?

I wouldn't add anything at this point because the plants are changing from veg to flowers. Those yellow leaves on the bottom are probably from heat stress and lack of transport water in the root xylem. Just keep it hydrated and allow the plant to up-take what you have already given it during veg. Putting fertilizer on plants late in the season will cause problems turning the leaves dark and give a bad taste when vaped. I recommend leaving her be unless you see a major nutrient problem. If you want to give her something, then give her some common sugar to build up the carbohydrate intake. A couple of tablespoons per gallon will feed the microbes and make the plants happy. 😎

Damn. I had leaves yellowing, and falling daily. I checked this thread yesterday and didn't see any responses, so I went ahead and added a handful of Garden Tone per plant, topped them all with fresh castings, and watered them all well. Must have been just shortly before you responded. All I did was sweep the old castings to the side, sprinkled the Garden Tone, and recovered. I can probably get most of it out if I'd be better without it.
