I had my Samsung s5 melt last weekend. Sucks cause I lost a few business and work numbers I will not be able to get again for a while.

Yes lost a iPhone 4s 3 times now got it back every time ! Once from police station n twice by public. Helps to have a naughty contact list i think lol

No but mine melted on the charger, I caught it just before it started on fire. Lost all contacts but luckily I have them mostly written down as back up. I don't trust everything being stored electronically.

I have smashed one on a driveway once in a fit of rage, solved nothing lol
