Hey guys.

I've decided to allow myself to buy 1 new strain every year. I'm only on my third grow and have only bought 1 strain thus far.

Currently I'm growing Passion #1 (Amstel Gold) by Dutch Passion (feminized) I bought in Vancouver while on vacation. Also I am growing Hempstar by Dutch Passion which was a bean given to me by a friend.

When I bought Passion #1, I bought it for the price:thc content listing ratio. The store I bought it from had it listed as indoor/outdoor. Turns out Dutch Passion sees it as a strictly outdoor strain. I have been growing it indoors, and my yields have been low. Buds are great tasting with an awesome heady high though.

Current seeds I have are: Passion #1 - Dutch Passion, Grape - Bagseed, and Plain Bagseed(lol). I plan on growing a Grape or two this year, but I definately need to add to this list. Hempstar is available in bagweed so often around here, I dunno why I'm even growing it (oh yeah, free seed..hehe).

Finally....my question:
I have availability to Dutch Passion and a few other major seed banks locally and I don't like to order seeds online, but...I don't wanna spend the cash they want for their genetics right now when other seeds are being offered for less than 1/2 the price. First part of my question I guess is, if I switch to a not as well reputed seed bank will I notice the difference after only growing premium Dutch Passion strains?

And...Who has grown Willy Jack seeds?
are their strains worthy?

A few of their strains that interested me were:
Black Domina X White Widow
Black Lights (Black Domina X NL)
Rastaberry (Chronic X Strawberry Cough)

Anyone with any experience with these strains, or Willy Jack seed co. your help would be greatly appreciated.

Purple Kush x Black Domina from Willy Jack is the only strain that has ever interested me. I havent grown it yet because im unsure of the places that sell it.

I really dont hear to much about Willy Jack other than that.

I've grow Willy Jacks White Widow, it is a mainstay in my garden. I've not grown that may strains but the widow is the most potent plant I've grown.

Good Luck

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I'm thinking I'm going to try the Rastaberry, as I was looking for something with a great yield and I hear Chronic hits the spot. It's also new to Willy Jack's 2006 catalogue.
BD X WW does seem tempting though.

If anyone else has had any experience with willy jack please pipe in.

Thanks eh

I took the plunge today and made the purchase. I had my mind made up on the Rastaberry going in, but of course they were sold out. I had to make a quick decision and although 1 of my other forementioned choices were available I opted for the Tangerine (California Orange Bud X Chronic). Really just replaced the Strawberry Cough genetics for the Cali-O. I really wanted a chronic cross for the yield and something fruity to go with it, so in reality I got what I wanted.

shrike seems to be the only that has tested Willy Jacks genetics around here, but 1 great review is better than bad reviews or no reviews at all.

wish me luck with my new Willy Jack Tangerine genetics!

I tried his nl x white widow long ago, I think in 1999. Was really good, but I was pretty new to growing at the time too. It was my first seed purchase, just bag seed before that.
