eventually they will clamp down ,highly regulate and over tax it...just like alcohol and tobacco but worse....homegrowing is gonna be limited to just a few plants and a tiny space if your lucky,,, and your area doesn't ban growing of any kind, any where.,,,,.herding the sheep to their stores and milking you dry on the taxes......first they fucked us over by jailing us and getting us in the legal system,,,,,next they will embrace marijuana and just tax and regulate it to death...well I for one will not be paying any taxes so they C an kiss my ass...ADMIT its been a conspiracy all along you fuckers...maybe use some of the tax money for setting things right on all the ruined lives, property taken, freedom lost ect ect ect..I will not be buying any plant tags,,i will not be registering ,I will not be cooperating in any way..

I've never been asked to sign up or register my name, in order to have "their permission" to grow my vegetable and flower gardens...

I'll be damned if I'll ever put my name on a piece of paper that gives me "their permission" to grow my weed...

When "they" change "their" minds, and outlaw it again (which they will) or decide they want to come collect "their" taxes on it, my name is not going to be on anybody's list...

luckily I can still grow legally and was visited once by the police... they didn't even count plants after seeing paperwork posted and handed to them.....good thing as I was like 5x over my limit too....but the place I used to live has banned any kind of growing at all by anyone...this trend is becoming more common...I have foreseen the future long ago and never registered just seen a pot doc for my rec...I don't believe anyone has the right to regulate my use of a medicinal plant..i consider such laws a violation of my rights....yeehaw its gonna get ugly

Any law that attempts to remove freedom of choice from the individual,
And any law that attempts to protect an individual from themselves,
is a violation of the Constitution of the United States of America and is therefore,
according to the case of Maybury v. Madison in the U.S. Supreme Court, VOID!

FUCK THE BROKEN SYSTEM!

Individuals have the Rights of Kings and therefor cannot be legislated against.

RULES/LAWS/REGULATIONS ARE FOR BUSINESSES, NOT INDIVIDUALS!!!

You are way right as I see signs here in Colorado that the politicians are addicted to the tax money. Some of the decisions they make are keeping the tax money stream going.

The only hope here in CO is that MMJ is written into the constitution (6 plants only). Anyway the CO Supreme Court could change that but I don't even want to think about the battles they will get. I think the politicians can still mess with the caregivers though. Several of the cities around here have banned dispensaries in their towns but you can still bring your own as it is a state law to legalize cannabis.

I think legalization in cali will crush medical and they will then highly regulate it....I thought prop 215 was law,, but like I said last place I lived banned any growing ..I had left years earlier luckily,,,med mj was supposed to be so you could grow your own...their changing the game!!!!!! yeehaw..san diego is still lax for now

I would say the Feds still control Medical Marijuana. Even in med states, banks are afraid to touch the money. So dispensary owners deal in cash. And then they need guns. So now the ATF can get involved.

Whether or not the Feds actually control it (varies state by state, county by county), they are certainly control freaks.

They could all buy big sticks and take up collecting David Carradine posters

I don't know but where I am located there is zero tolerance already and always has been for marijuana... If your caught with over 4 plants you are looking at felony charges 1-5, first offense, doesn't matter... If you are caught trafficking same law applies.

I have been guerilla growing for nearly 15 years and have spent many days out in the deep Appalachian woods with black hawks flying upon my head landing once nearly 50 feet away from where I was laying praying to God that I wasn't seen and shot down in the process of escaping... I have been extremely lucky thus far, I have been through some rough spots doing this work. I remember once turning around at an upcoming roadblock just to get up the road to the next curve so I could safely throw out 30 cuts in the ditch and didn't care if they caught up to me, as long as I didn't have the plants. Fortunately, I didn't toss them and just dealt with the adrenaline the entire way back to a safe zone... No lights followed.

Those two experiences are nothing compared to the many other close calls I have had and I have many every year... Nothing new to me... I've considered stopping and giving it up due to the paranoia and psychological impact it has made for me... But, growing just won't give me up... I never want to stop, although it could be in my best interest, I can't... I don't feel any guilt in my conscious nor do I feel as if I am doing anything wrong and i'm not... If anything I am being bullied by LEO and growers such as myself are getting hacked left and right, everyday and have to spend the rest of their lives as a convict for growing a God given all natural plant mainly to benefit their own health vitality whether it be physical illness or a mental fix, nothing wrong, period.

There are plenty of people talking where I live, but no one is fighting... Its disturbing, its such a fear that people are literally scared to take a stand and fight for medical or recreational cannabis for the fear of prosecution or investigation... Sad.

But I will do what I do, until I am not able to do anymore... Some people have it made out there compared to others in this growing business.

It will be better when it is illegal again. It tasted better, got me higher and was more fun to smoke and do something the government does not want you to do.

The growers can make better money on the black market too.

Wish we could turn back time to the good old days!

I always thought, Guerilla Growing makes great physical & mental training, not unlike military training.

As for the LEO flying the BlackHawks ... if all that nonsense stopped DEAD tomorrow, how many would be out of a job ?

I would guess the US gov. War on Cannabis - which the states join in - creates 200K+ jobs.

And all those people will be out of work (for a while), if the US very simply rolled back their drug laws to where they were before Prohibition.

With your experience I'd move somewhere legal before luck runs out. I know those woods somewhat, seen the posters over 30 years ago letting you know if you grow on federal land you're dead meat. There is a time to fight and a time to take the path of least resistance. My 2 cents, but what do I know really anyway

Some of us have never had the pleasure of growing legally.

Even after they sping the undoubtedly retarded system they are planning here in canada i will laugh at the suckers waating money and keep growing my own.

Fuck it outlaw for life!

I think if they change their minds we become targets. All the legal homegrowers here may be shutdown with a coming court ruling today actually. So all the legal folks are on a easy list to call up amd say quit or we will arrest you.

I dont care what they say unless its freedom like we are growing roses. Soon as they treat it like any other agricultural product ill be interested until then fuck that.

Sorry cali is going lame, i had thought maybe relocating but theres not much good about legalization
