Even # of fan leaves?

Question
I have a plant that has an even # of fan leaves on some of the shoots. Does that mean the plant has hermied? This is my 1st plant & it's been awhile since I've done serious research & I can't remember the details on this. I only planted this one, just to see what develops while I'm putting my growbox together.

By the way, I have googled, ask.com & searched here for the answer & can't find the info...so any help is appreciated.
