Two Juneau men were cited for consuming marijuana in public after Alaska State Troopers found them "smoking from glass pipes" in the parking lot of the local troopers post.
At 4 p.m. on Friday, troopers found Marcos Estigoy, 22, and James Casto, 18 outside the post.
"Investigation revealed (they) were publicly consuming marijuana," the dispatch said.
Both were issued citations and released from the scene.
