As of late, there had been several topics on the shadow government and the elite plot to take over the world and create a One World Government, as illustrated in the documentary movie Zeitgeist. First off, let me first point out that I don't believe this true; or rather, I don't believe it is significant, I will explain in a second.
But the topic of this thread - even if it were true, so what?
Is there any quantifiable way you can prove or disprove as to how this plot would benefit or hurt you personally? How would your life change if the central bankers did not control your money? Do you believe you would be filthy rich?
How is this sinister plot even relevant to the average person's lives who don't give a shit about the world stage?
See, because I believe there will always be powerful men, especially in a capitalist society, and power corrupts even the best of men. But even if these people exert this perversion of power, starting wars, etc., it's impossible for the average person to even quantify how the world would be different if he did not, simply because it is beyond our scope of experience.
Would you be significantly happier if gas was 20 cents cheaper? If your insignificant amount of money (to the elite) is in a local bank instead of a centralized one? If the Iraqi or Vietnam Wars didn't happen? If you were a soldier, I can see the relevance, but to the vast majority of us - not that it doesn't matter that the wars were presumably started on fraud - it simply doesn't affect our wellbeing that much.
Even if the Rockefellers didn't create central banking, someone else will come along to fill in the power vacuum. It is inevitable. I suggest that throughout time, many different groups of people with different goals tried to usurp power in the worldstage to benefit their own needs. But these people are way beyond our realities, it doesn't even matter! The average man wouldn't even know the difference, if it were true or not!
It only really matters if someone is cheating at a game, to the other players of the game. To most of us not engaged in politics or the top tier of business, this shouldn't even be news.
I think conspiracy theorists are wasting their time playing a game they're not invited in on.
What are your thoughts?
Note: I just want to clarify. I don't mean that it doesn't matter that people are, supposedly, committing these heinous crimes. It matters on principle. What I mean is, perceptually, to the average person, these unwordly events have no direct effect on our wellbeing. And if there was an effect, no one would be able to quantify it.
