Establish perpetual grow 4 ounces every 2 weeks

Ok here is the scenario.The flower room is an8x4 closet with sufficient airflow and light.3 600w ballast two with hps one with metal halide all air cooled in hydrofarm hoods.80f temps completely perfect.

I currently have 7 ladies in the room with all three lights on.Iam expecting 2-3 ounces off each of them.Just a conervative estimate.I know im not effecient but dont care about grams per watt.I placed 3 plants in flower on the 25th of january.I then put 2 more plants in on the tenth.i just placed the last two in on the 15th.

I have 9 more clones about 6 inches tall under a four foot four tube t5.Both of the strains im growing can be done in 8 weeks.

My needs are about 4 ounces every two weeks.I know i have enough light but the closet and a corner of a master bathroom is all the room i have to grow in.

Can anyone give me any tips?What would you do?Given my equiptment and space? I appreciate all positive responses.

Just thinking out loud..it seems like i only need to harvest 2 2ounce plants every two weeks.A three week veg time only get me 2-3 ounces.I generally see roots from clones i make in about ten days..this is where it gets complex i need to take more notes and keep better records and results. Also i grow in amended fox farm of with botanicare pro bloom and batshit teas.thats about it im hoping for some tips!!

if you want to harvest say every 30 days then all you need to do is make your clones every 30 days.

Thanks for the thoughts red but i want to harvest a quarter pound every two weeks.Even if i wanted to harvest every thirty days i could never stay on schedule making clones every thirty days.I also have a smallish space and limited veg room with no room for moms.Alot more then just cloning once every thirty days.

Ive put a great deal of thought behind this.Im looking for tips or someone to say they have done something similar.Not to sound like a douce red i appreciate all responses.

If my math is correct 8 oz in 4weeks is the same as 4oz in 2 weeks? If you cant keep up with making clones every 30 days then how do you plan on harvesting every 14 days?

You're not going to be very successful with this attitude:

Its not about grams per watt, its about using what you have to produce the maximum return, aka "efficiency".

grams per watt is a measure of efficiency, not really a goal in itself.

I would lose the MH for starters. I'd put more plants under each 600. At least 4.

Train the plants to maximize "tops" and create a level canopy that receives the best lighting and prune everything else.

I dont know how set you are on soil but coco is just as easy and gives you better returns, at least IME.

A one part, complete fertilizer is all you need. Look into GH's "Maxibloom" or something similar from a company like Jacks or Dynagro. Give the plants what they need and they will thrive.

Finding a high yielding, short flowering strain would help but IME these are much more rare than breeders may have you believe.

I would work on getting consistent results working with a single strain before I started worrying about specific weekly targets. 4oz per plant with 4 weeks of veg is not too difficult if you put some time in. If you can reach that goal, getting 4oz biweekly is just a matter of staggering when you put each plant into flower.

I am getting consistent results.I have been working with these strains for 2 years.

I dont believe going into coco can help my yields or results.

I have fast flowering strains.both strains finish in 8 weeks one strain can be taken at 7.

I can agree that 4oz is possible with a 4 week veg time.

The metal halide is made by ushio its a great spectrum.I have been putting the plants that are in their strech phase under it.Why would i drop the halide?Why wouldnt it be good to mix spectrums?The halide lamps spectrum is closer to daylight spectrum then my hps bulbs.I watched a vid called see more buds that had a guy growing start to finish with halides. He was running a 20k light setup so he was doing something right.

I have mostly already figured out how to make it work.Just looking for tips from people who have a perpetual garden.I dont want to complicate things what i am doing is producing great results..

I am mainly growing for myself and my wife.My wife has seizures and Im trying to grow somewhat organic.Thanks for the thoughts Ronsmooth.You sound somewhat combative like im wasting my time.Which im not. I have pulled 2 pounds off this setup at a different location.IF i had a good vegging area i could pull way better numbers.I dont think you fully read my post.

I used to average a oz per week using a home made t-8 rack that was 586 watts. This was in a cab I made inside a closet and was only 2'x 4'. At the time I was growing a 10 week strain in one gallon pots.I kept 10 plants and harvested one plant each week. My veg cab was the same size as my flower cab but was only 256 watts.

I have a perpetual grow an it's tough to keep a consistent window of say two weeks. I have a lot more room than you an was running a single 1000 now I bump to two 1000 one on a mover. An my problem is there always comes a time that the flower room gets to full an I end up with like a 30 day window. It only happens every so often but it does an I've ran a per. For like better part of 6 years
