Equipment question for larger operations

What are common, daily use, bulk items or equipment that there never seems to be enough of, or are always breaking or being lost, or are that obvious thing no one thought of until they were 30 miles out of town?

Alternately: The cyclical, quarterly, seasonal purchases?

Looking to streamline purchasing, and hopefully get some volume purchasing discount and a little backstock for a grow I've been invited to in order to minimize interruptions.

Plant Labels.

Grow stores used to charge $3 per 100, now it's more like $8 per 100.

You can find large popsicle sticks/tongue depressor wood things at some dollar stores for $1 a 60 pack.

When I need to label a branch I just wrap a sticky label around it.


It is interesting talking with the managers at the local Home Depot about how pot growing affects their business.

Last weekend, about 3 days in a row they were cleaned out of the 20x100 size 6 mil clear plastic rolls. Each re-stock was 50+ rolls. $100 a roll.

x 4 large local hardware stores that carry rolled plastic.

Of course, that's for outdoor grows.
