Equipment Assistance for new 8k buildout

Good afternoon! As the title states I am going to be doing a new 8k buildout with the help of a friend. Ive never ran anything higher than 2k so most of this will be new to me. I have a few questions for all you build out gurus.....I do not have a budget and prefer quality equipment

Flower room is going to be 20x14 with 8k in Gavitas with active intake/exhaust....no sealing this go around. Ive got all the irrigation, tables, and lighting all squared away but ive never had to look into AC, Dehueys, etc. That is where im hoping you guys can help out.

Equipment Questions:
Dehuey: What brand and size dehuey would be ideal for this space? We are in a more dry desert climate if that matters.

AC is going to be a duct sock: How many tons of AC to cool an 8k setup?

Environmental controller: Recommendations

Intake/Exhaust: Guesses on size of intake/exhaust fans. Exhaust will be scrubbed.

Thanks in advance! Feel free to PM me as well if youd like!

you need to do a manual J.

8kw is just a single(though your largest) internal heat gain figure.

you also need to add your EXTERNAL heat gain along with additional internal heat gain from fans, and what ever else is consuming power.

a manual J will get you a figure on your expected external heat gain.

regarding the duct sock... make sure you have an air handler capable of generating the manufacturers recommended static pressure.

most air handlers will BARELY reach .9, while alot of these fabric duct manufacturers state 1" wp as being reccomended.

a typical air handler will perform so badly at .9 " wp that it will likely need to be derated by 400 cfm or more.

8kbtuh is around 27kbtuh btw.

In a high desert, you'll have low RH, and high daytime temps, so that's a negative differential grow (hotter during dark hours.). AC will be required to modulate the building's temps, but if it's a 2 car garage or something a 2 to 3 ton should be fine, 2 if insulated well, 3 if not.

At night you can turn off the AC and do air cooling, for 8k I like 2 x 12" exhausts and a single 12" intake fan. The exhaust should obviously run through a carbon filter, as high in the room as you can get them. You'll need about 6 oscillating fans as well to keep the air mixed.

Single ended 1kw lights make around 4k BTU non air cooled.
Double ended 1kw lights make 5k BTU, and don't air cool well anyway.
