It ticks me off that most enviro controllers have to be in the same room as the plants. They have a built in photosensor, which prevents you from mounting these in the exterior of the grow.
So what happens when you need to adjust some settings, and the lights are off? You have to enter the room (sucks). Do the buttons/knobs glow? I think not. Oh, so now i need a flashlight? Great!
Also, the remote probes that most come with are a joke as far as length goes. 6-12ft?!!!! Come on now people, get with it!
Im looking for a product which has a remote photo sensor, and long, or extendable probe cable(s) and sensors. Any ideas? Are any of the more commercial systems less restrictive? Recomendations? Thx
