The deadline for receiving IC Mag 420 Grower's Cup entries
(from individual growers and seed companies/breeders) is:

6 pm ~ April 13, 2005

Listed below are the two addresses for shipping entries into
the IC Mag 420 Grower's Cup. The specific address for you
to use will depend on how you choose to ship your entry.
Also, please make sure you address the package exactly as indicated below.

If sending entry via regular mail:

right i've packed it all up and double vacume packed it wearing gloves the whole time lol. now i'm off to the post office in tho hope they tell me that they can get the envelope parcel to you by the 13th 1800. if not i'll find out about over night delivery. i wonder how long it took my money envelope to arive for the pass? that would give me some idea.

oh well i guess they will tell me at the post office.

i'm geting so exceited i hope i haven't left it too late for regular post. oh yeah by the way when you say over night delivery, do you mean like dhl? thats expensive as far as i know, wouldn't have much idea on how to go about a dhl delivery. but i supose i better go check the post office first.

As of TODAY...I would no longer recommend any one using regular mail in order to ensure entry arrival prior to the deadline. From today onwards, please use overnight services such as:

UPS
FedEx
DHL
etc.etc.etc.

Well....just when you want everything to go as planned....sometimes it doesn't. We have a couple entries here...but not here....hoping to get them out of the post this afternoon (seems we have to pay a duty on them cause they were marked with a customs value)....so in all fairness to the entrants we must collect these and integrate them in with the rest of the entries (photo shoot them and divide up in blind judging packets).

This will cause a delay in Expert Judges picking up their packages as previously scheduled at 2pm today....we hope to have everything sorted and ready for pick up Sunday instead. Please bear with us as we need this time to properly prepare and we do not wish to see anyone's entry not considered. So we ask all Expert Judges for their kind indulgence for just a bit longer....judge packages will be/should be ready for pick up Sunday afternoon.
