enough for veging?

Hello! How ya'll doin?
New here, and i hope i posting in the right place..!
I was wondering if 2x 24w t5 full spectrum + 2x 15w t8 are enough for vegging plants, i was also wondering how high above the plant tops should the lights be mounted. Thanks a lot for any suggestions!!! A very nice place you guys have going here !

That would be enough light to cover an area of about 3 sf in veg. lights should be 2-4 inches from plants.

thanks tube dude, i have these lights in an area of little less then 1.5 x 2 ft so i should be good.
