Hey everybody :)

wow. thanks for the good vibes Titoon, Tabwat, love?, Hash Zeppelin, Raco, bigherb, Tolpan, VagPuncher, Trillion, HossCartwright, ElBurro, Grendelkhan, Dimajones, ChaosCatalunya, misterdj, habeeb, ganjapreneur, Wolpertinger (wtf have thought when creating that nick? :D ich glaube es gibt nicht mehr als 3 leute auf IC die den verstehen...), guineapig and ArcticBlast :)

glad you enjoy the report, i had a really good day there and think i will come back to that place more often in the next few months ;)

Titoon: thx for sharing your expiriences with this nice strain :) see you soon - if you want we can make a trip out there on sunday ;)

love?: i wouldn't call it an sense enhancing strain (at least not more that other strains) but i would say it's thought stimulating... for sense enhancing there's nothing like Zamal for me - incredibly strong psychoactive sativa :) does taste good too :D

Hash Zeppelin: those mountains ly in the center of spain, don't remember how they are called, maybe some of the spanish friends around here can tell us?

Raco: good to have you here :) thanks a lot for sharing this nice selection!

bigherb: i'm not sure 100%, but i think it was indoor grown...

Trillion: thx :) that's the best wish somebody made for me in a while :)

HossCartwright: yeah you're right with EU, i moved from germany ;) but not permanently... so can't really help you with questions about the logistics, but i can tell you that spain is a beautiful country with a lot of very cool folks, who are willing to help you whereever they can :) imho it's important though to speak a little spanish (but that goes for emmigration to every country - you have to be willing to integrate yourself - and the first step to do this is learning the language ;) )

ChaosCatalunya: yeah man you are completely right, the right equipement always is very important in the mountains (not only when stoned, but then especially)... but as i didn't have it, i went up there with my normal street-shoes - luckily did work out well ;) though i'd never recomend it to somebody else...
hehe i was thinking when wandering around that it would be a great scenery for a trip ;)

misterdj: i can only second what you said, jardi is a very kind one and a real maestro when it comes to cannabis :) and yeah that nug was great - at this very moment i'm about to roll me one of the tijuana grown from him outdoors - incredibly aromatic :)

Arctic: Hehe very good to see somebody feels the same about this smell, yesterday i came across the description of tom that is now at the seedboutique:

The unique sour apple/pear/citrus smell/flavor is very strong (far from subtle) and nearly fixed in the line.
70-80% of the line is characterized by this flavor, with the occasional extreme skunky phenotype as well.
Pictured is Raco's cut, which is a good example of the described dominant flavor (I've smoked this cut)

for me the fruitiness was more in the background and not the dominant smell, that was, like i tried to describe it: sweet and fresh...

but it just shows how different the perception can be (i have seen strains where it is even way more confused... i remember on a small reunion of german growers we were sitting around a table and were smelling the original misty somebody brought along, 5 different persons described the smell completely different (only can remember the two most oposite opinions were "excrement" and "marzipan"...)

but one thing is sure: the aroma of x18 is special!

have a good time everyone :) greetz

Awesome report. You weren't blowing up any bridges were you? ;)

No for sure not :) i'm a stoner not a terrorist... and if i would want to blow something up i for sure would smoke a sativa strain before :D

did i miss something again in the spanish news? (don't have a tv, or better said i have one but it hasn't been turned on since i'm living here ;) )

Thanks for the suggestion! I did a quick search and... I really hope I get to try Zamal some day but at 20 weeks of flowering and 50% being hermies it's not gonna be first on my list of things to grow. :)

very nice buds raco :) the 2nd looks very well cured...

love?: i haven't tried a pure zamal myself, but all the hybrids i saw with it (4 different ones) were suprisingly fast flowering (10-12 weeks), all had a very special sativa high dominated by the zamal and a nice taste, some problems with autoflowering and hermies but not that bad... worth a try in my book ;)

Yeah that sounds great :) i'm not much of a climber myself - i prefer walking - but at an easy wall i would give it a try ;)
