Next thing you know, they'll outlaw curtains on our windows. If you have nothing to hide, then why do you need curtains? Obviously, they're only used to conceal activity in the home relating to the use of controlled substances.

Shit you not, this was used as justification to obtain a warrant to search my home - his curtains were closed during the day. Granted, it wasn't the only reason, but apparently having curtains can be construed as indication of illegal activity.

In NV most recently state law was changed to OUTLAW cannabis cultivation AT THE REQUEST of the PIGS.

So let's say PIGS don't write ALL the laws, just those that effect their budgets.

I was driving in the past and got pulled over. They asked to search my trunk and I said no. I told the officer I didn't have anything in my trunk and there was no reason to search it. He waited for another State Trooper and they told me to exit the car. When I got out they opened my trunk. I said many times I did not consent to my trunk being searched. I said this is a violation of my rights. I was then slammed face first into the pavement while the 2 cops laughed and said I was going to jail for 10 years for Distribution of Class B and Distribution of Class D. I was facing a mandatory sentence of 5 years. After paying many thousands of dollars, my lawyer was able to get me a CWOF for the class B and take a guilty of the Class D and I got probation. You should have seen the look of the cops face in court. He was so pissed. He kept showing up at my house to fuck with me for a while when I was growing in 5 apartments in a 2 block radius. Glad that's all over with. Fuck cops!
