Had some plants been growning 6 or 7 weeks in flower but just checked them and there is a largre amount of Botrytis in the center of the main tops should I kill them and count my losses, I'm only here for a few days they are a friends HELP what shoud I do, they all looked so well 2 days agao but i guess the Botrytis was making its way to the outside, Need HELP ASAP CHOP??????????

Cut off a few inches below any observed infection.
Then trim that piece out and save above and below what you can for ice water hash.
Put a plastic bag over it when you cut it to reduce contaminating other plants.
If they are a couple days from done, chop them down. A week or two out, try above.

When was the last time the plants were sprayed with anything?
What is the temp/humidity?
And yes, a fan on the plants will help.
But if the humidity is too high and/or you spray them into flower, a fan wont always keep it back and the mold is around, a fan will just spread it.

Ummmm, no! IMO 75% humidity is WAY too high! I try to stay around 40-45% humidity at any comfortable room temperature with an oscillating fan on 24/7. Also, you must be getting a good air exchange into your room so the air doesn't get stagnant with low oxygen and CO2 levels.
Air levels were fine, plants were not sprayed with anything, but that bloody mold is a curse, lovely looking plants then disaster all white crap in the center of main tops. We dont have anything mesuring the humidity.
Are Sativas less prone to this mold? The ones witht the mold were GreatWhiteShark from GreenHouse Seeds. I left 4 weedy looking Sativa's praying they dont get it too, not sure what they are, have a clone of it maybe 6yrs

poor air flow and your humidity is to high then if u r still getting mould to much water in the air still then u need to monitor it is so IMPORTENT as u will get mould all the time what I ment in my last post was if its 10% lower the your room tempter then u sould have no more trouble I have study this a lot and it seems to work well

grab a dehumidifier and set it to 50%. indicas like afghans are good mold resistance but humidity is a bitch i fight it constantly, my dehumidifier runs constantly. if you cant feel air moving in the middle of your garden everywere even at the soil you need more fans. i had some powdery mildew 6 weeks ago because our dehumidifier stopped working right. eagle 20, new dehumidifier, and a good clean got rid of it, no signs of it since. chop that shit and run bho and you should be good.

mold, mildew, and fungus can thrive at humidity levels of 60% and higher. for veg 50-60% humidity is perfect and 35-55% for flower, anything above that and you run risk of mold mildew and fungus. a good clean with bleach water or peroxide after every run is a very good way to keep those spores limited. a good sterile environment is key.

I think its more stain specific to mold resistance. tighter harder buds have more chance of molding than fluffier bud. but some strains that are rock hard are very mold resistant, but anything could mold in the right conditions. don't think because a strain is mold resistant doesn't mean it wont mold. dehumidifier and fans are the best way. I have a dehumidifier in my room set to 50% and my 4x8 tent has 4 6 in fans 2 blowing across the top of canopy and 2 blowing right above the dirt. you don't want your plants blowing around just good movement through your space. if your set up is right you will never have to worry about it again. another thing when you enter your garden make sure you and your cloths are clean mold spores and all kinds of little bugs you don't want will come in on your cloths. I do renevations so I tare out rotten wood from peoples houses so I make sure I have clean cloths and a shower before I go in. my friend has pecan trees in there yard and they had powdery mildew on them and our friend didn't get clean when he went home and ruined his next harvest. he mad wax, but it was a lot of eagle 20 and cleaning with bleach water.

haha now days you cant find a indica or sativa, its all be bastardised into hybrids. it is very hard to find landrace genetics any more.
