alright man, thanks for the re assurance. its just wierd I look out my window and its like he is just sitting up there doing nothing and facing my direction...for a whole hour and a half and is still there

I wouldn't think it was an electrician up a pole (more likely Powerlineman, Telco or Cable Tech). As someone who climbs utility poles, 1.5 hours is hella longtime to be up there. Unless you've got a illegal power tap your meter pretty much tells the whole story. Usually my crew would only spend that kind of time up a pole if we were doing some kind of trouble shooting.

I couldnt tell it was the street over, just never see people hanging from poles around here
