alright so im new but i have tons of floro fixture(t12 4ft 40 bulb ones ballasts and all) only thing is that i would like to use small lengths to fit my cab. Is there any way to use smaller length floros and just increase the number of them or im overdrive them? im not exactly sure what overdriving the bulbs are but i know i can probably power way more than 2 significantly smaller bulbs right? someone help me out here

mount them vertically for a stadium grow, line all 4 sides of the cabinet, including the door with the fixtures you have, it should work like a champ. If heat is a question remove the ballasts and mount them outside the grow cabinet.

No,unless its stated on the ballast.The ballast will have all correct uses like "For 2 T12 40W lamps or 2 T12 30W lamps".If its not on the ballast I wouldnt try it.
