The wifey just got a killer job up in Cameron Park and I can transfer my job so it looks like the whole sword clan is moving to the Cameron Park/Placerville area.

I'm currently in Butte county and I know the game real well out here. What do I need to know about the whole growing attitude/legalities over there in that area? I've looked at safeaccess.com and it looks better than butte?, Im not a huge grower just enough for me and mine, but I do like to dabble in indoors and outdoors equally.

school me some so when I finally set back up (1k-2k only) Im not in violation of anything thats gonna cause me grief.
:thank you:

All you need to know is the Golden Rule: STFU! Don't tell anyone what you're doing and no one will know.

I'm small potatoes and both my wife and I are medical patients that only grow our own, I appreciate the concern though.
Some counties in this area are very harsh about growing period even though its a medical state. Im just trying to feel the vibe out before I get there to be on the safe side.

Im a quiet mofo that minds his own but sometimes shit happens and I dont want to be caught with 6 when the county says 2.

no county can legally go below 6/12

that being said you could argue any number of plants as being "just right" for you and legally they cant do anything. They will make your life hard if you push the limits but people vs. kelley showed us limits are unconstitutional within 215 and state law

A friend of mine had a very nice 12 plant 10 lb. garden this year on the outskirts of Placerville. The UPS driver came in to deliver a package and mentioned that my friend's garden "looked just like his." My friend asked the UPS driver how much of that he saw doing his deliveries....The driver laughed and said " Pretty much every where I go......"

Pork you're good to go. They recently changed the rules here to a 200 sg ft canopy. like the previous poster said, just stfu and you should b safe. The Sheriff (John D'Agostini) ran on a platform of "reforming the Good Ole' Boys" Shitstem & so far seems to be holding to his promises to a certain extent. PS, if you are still a cable installer, pm me and I'll tell you who to apply at here in town. From a fellow cable guy to another:wave:

I just posted a thread about the total ban on all outdoor cultivation. I'm in the county south of El D, Amador. El D has banned all OD growing over a certain cultivated space. Numbers, I don't know the answer to that, you should probably start searching the website for what the county board of supervisors has come up with for that, I don't recall hearing anything about numbers.

Sites like what NORML and SafeAccess run are NOT updated in anything resembling a timely manner. Don't rely on them for information. Your county should already have a website up where there's a calendar for the board of supes, with minutes and meeting agendas. They might even have audio of the meetings, as my county does. Use that information to your best advantage.

They appear to actually have their own search engine. I'd plug in cannabis, marijuana, and cultivation here: http://eldorado.legistar.com/Legislation.aspx
