What are the effects of polinating the same mom with multiple pollens?

Well 1 grain of pollen makes 1 seed in 1 bract. It won't make Mixed Male Genes within the single seed but it will in the overall picture. You will have seeds of mixed male parentage. What other effects did you mean? Like a negative impact on the Mom?

It is beneficial to use multiple males when making seed to help ensure that you preserve as much variance as possible.

So you do not bottleneck the genes, and so that you are still able to have a full representation of the seed line.

My more precise question was ~ When there are multiple pollens they just create more variation in seed because there are going to be seeds from both dads on the pollenated pods on the female.

I was tryin to figure out if the follwing did NOT happen.
2 pollens mixed pollenating the same bract, and some how createing some 3 way cross in one seed.
that just does not seam possible with my limited understading of how those types of thing shoul work.

2 males x 1 femals ='s just Essecincly the same as if you pollenated that identical monther individualy with only one father a peace then mixed the seeds together when done?

yes, exactly.

pollen is like sperm, whatever gets there 1st is the winner.

Nice question. I was always curious on the effects of multiple males myself. It seems to make sense to use more males and when carrying on the strain. Unless you find that right mom and dad then having more variation is good.

yes, it's same thing (but if you pollenate individualy you can chose from mixing seeds or label them separately).
