Effect of constant lst till harvest

Hey All!
I have a pretty short cab and im wondering if i can continue LST and till harvest ?
I have topped my plants once and lst'd the plant so its growing sideways. Buds have started to develop and i have been tying every new bud down as well a soon as I can.

I keep moving the ties further towards the tip of the budding sites every few days to keep it horizontal. Is this a good Idea or do i just let them push up?

I have about 8 inches above me to spare, about a foot all up on 2 sides

however im only running about 80 w of screw in LED bulbs so theres only so much they can do

You can LST as long as you want. At some point in flower the plants will quit growing larger, and at this point you won't need to LST much at all.

The low wattage also adds to the stretch good buddy.

What are the dimensions of your grow area?
