I used to smoke a bowl about an hour before bed, get couch-locked and go to sleep. Worked great for my insomnia. I find lately though that my lungs/throat just don't handle it as well anymore (I'm 66).
I was told that ONLY smoking will get you couchlocked. True/False ?
I'm hoping not. Can anyone suggest something (edible, tincture) that the ACTUALLY USE with good results to go to sleep ?
