Going to send out an order tonight for some ecsd beans. I have narrowed it down to 2 breeders. Either rezs version or doc Green thumbs. I prefer doc greenthumbs from the reviews I have read.

Ive heard good reports from both but a lot more negatives on rezs. I am looking for the more sativa phenos myself.

What is your opinions on this?

I guess i'll go with either DRGt's or louds either one. The Cali Connect looks good as well but have read a lot about it leaning more on the indica side of things.

I actually think im going to go with Docs ecsd, headband and chemdawg 4. I know it is going to be one hell of a cash eater but from what i'm seeing it will be worth it.

I have always heard great things about DNA Sour Kush "headband" as being a solid Diesel in seed from.

This one is supposed to be Headband x OG Kush, isn't it?? Is the mom they use a legit clone? Not the best feedback about DNA to be honest... especially speaking about lineages, genetics and so on.

DNA Sour Kush is an awesome strain. Only plant out of the last 50 or so seeds popped that I kept around as a mother. Mine has some sour funk smell, with OG structure to the buds.

Cali Connects Sour Diesel is just like op said. Really indica Dom and not very sour. Nice plant, just not what I was expecting.

Don't forget Karma either. He has 2 Sour offerings, with the Headbanger being reported as some of the loudest herb around. Connoiseur genetics has few hybrids with the ECSD cut. As well as Original Diesel. I've also heard good reports on Ultra Sour from Thseeds.

I'm also looking for a "headband" strain as well... So maybe I will go with the DNA sour kush for the headband.

I think I have decided otherwise on the ECSD selection. I honestly think I will skip out on Dr.Gt because of the price tag and go with loud seeds AJ's SD and possibly grad a few of there headband as well.

Just wish I could find some people whom have personally grew these two out by loudseeds. I have been finding plenty on Dr.Gt's ECSD and it really looks solid.

If I skip out on Docs, I will have some dough left over to get "Someones Jack F8" which I already KNOW will be solid.

Keep this rolling guys, i've gotta get my mind made and orders sent out today. I know there has to be someone on this forum that is experienced with ECSD grows and headband as well...

Res does not breed and sell seeds anymore. You will have to look around as for why.

On seed boutique.com you can buy res seeds ecsd x CD or ecsd x ssh. I would go with either of those.

ojd of Connoisseur Genetics does Sour Diesel clone x Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze that throws almost identical phenos to the clone, along with more sativa phenos from the haze influence. Check the test grows, lots of winners found. I grew three plants and kept the Sour D pheno.

Piff ole buddy you just hit a home run with this recommendation!

Just done some research on it and i'm about to order some right now. Probably get 3 or maybe a 5 pack. Looks right up my alley, no matter what they will all be on the sativish side.

One question though, is how does she yield?

I'll be running them beside "someones jack" and some c99's under a 1000k light in a 4x4.

OJD's sssdh cut is possibly the best weed I have ever smoked..Best tasting for sure..I've held some damn nice clones etc and I'll never forget my experience smoking sssdh..A very competent grower I know came over and turned me onto bubba kush(the pre98 had just made it into new england), ecsd, and a bunch of other very dank genetics..well after about 4 strains..he pulls out a doob of the sssdh and fires it up..it cut right through everything and sent me to the moon. The flavor was absolutely incredibly..I am a diesel fanatic...and that cut rules them all imo. P.S. If you give her the 11-12 weeks she'll need..the yields should be killer.. Dr GT is too expensive..so many better options out there...Karma is very good gear too..peace

And I'll second his personal SSSDH cut. Some of the best weed I've ever smoked. No question about it. Had me just this side of losing grip...I had to talk myself down and take a walk. Crazy high on that lady...hehehe.

One question though, is how does she yield?

Final Yield numbers for the 6 plants under 1200w was as following:
#1 - 190g
#2 - 147g
#3 - 108g
#4 - 141g
#5 - 110g
#6 - 112g

So thats just over 800grams

Nifty-Pot yielded 800g under 1200W from seed, so I'd say yields are good! Mine were done in a greenhouse with little veg so not an accurate representation of potential yield. But the taste and high is incredible, and these were grown alongside my clone keepers and lots of other seed.

Well here I am this morning making my orders and I think I almost screwed up.

Going through Ojd's selection I had selected ECSDH and almost checked out until I ran up on SSSDH. Then I was like wtf? Lol.

Which of these two are the one you guys speak highly of?

I'm thinking its the SSSDH but what about the ECSDH? Is it a good smoke as well?

Since i'm looking more for ECSD leaning high?

Rez is out of bizness because he's a no good turd anyway I thought last time I checked the boutique was still trying g to dump them. Cheap too. Though about it but he's a dick bag and dont want a pack he touched in my place or his herm machine plants. Now I have a sssdh single fem from ojd to try if it's good Yay if it's not garbagio can.

Anyway reef swell a sour d that's a ecsd x rez sour d or sssdh I can't remember.

Lots of sour diesel available out there. I've never heard that much about Dr greeenthumbs lately
