ebb & flow table support design

are there any tried and tested frames for holding up an ebb&flow table? I currently have planks sitting across cinderblocks and it flexs down in the middle. Should i get some wood and just build a frame and if so should i just put plywood down across the whole thing and make holes for the flood/drain fittings?

The way it is right now i had to move my bricks out of the way, but maybe thats just because i'm using 4 thin planks instead of 1 wide piece.

Just put 2 2x4 over your blocs, it will hold the tables.
