Ebay Set up

Does anyone have experience with the inline fans an carbon filters from ebay? If so whats the best one, im trying to cool/take the smell out of a tent about 4x5x5 an i have a 1000w light with a 6" opening for the exhaust tubes. I know vortex fans are a great have an their are other carbon filters out there but price wise is what im goin for, atleast for the timebeing.

do not buy a generic carbon filter.i like phat filters or active air.if you buy active air you need to buy the flange also.

Not all generic products are craps. Most come from the same places just has a name stamped on them to give credit to another asswipe with a business plan. Look at some of these threads for suggestions. Your search feature will give you a little insight as to what some are using. Use the actual name of the product in the search but leave out ebay!

Name brand or generic if they are the same size and same weight or close they are probably equally good.

I have been using these Performance filters and they work great. They are heavy and jammed pack with carbon.

Here is the fan I got and it works great. Not as quiet as my Whisper Quiet fan but great quality. Solid fan.
