Very easy and very delicious
2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Oil (Olive is the best)
1/4 O Finely ground pot
5-7 Basil leaves, cut into pieces
1/2 a clove of garlic
2 Tablespoons sugar
Make the oil as described in http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=47589
Reduce the balsamic vinegar by over a 1/2, add basil and garlic.
Reduce another minute and add the sugar
Keep reducing until it will slowly drip off a spoon. (Be careful not to burn!)
Strain out the basil and garlic, and blend with oil for a tasty salad dressing!
This recipe is for about 4 servings.
