Earth juice & Pure blend

Hello Everyone,

I will be starting a grow soon useing soil but my question is as follows:

What would be better to use from Fox Farms for my soil below are the two choices from Fox Farm:

1) - Fox Farm Original Planting Mix

2) - Ocean Forest Potting Soil

Plus what order would i use the Earth Juice & The Pure Blend..

Are both nuts used for Flowering or Vegging and then flowering?

i know tht ocean forest is probably too strong to start seedlings in although i have no experience with it myself. I use pure blend in veg. Pure blend pro for early flower and earthjuice bloom for late flower because it has no nitrogen in it. Here is a link to bogs feeding thread. he uses pure blend and foxfarms.

I would say get the ocean forest, but do not start seedlings in it! That soil is great for after your seeds get into the first step of veg. With that soil you won't have to add many ferts while in veg. Great stuff to work with

I would go w/ ProMix instead. ProMix doesn't contain any nutes, so you can control nute levels completely w/ your own ferts and flushing is much easier.

I use both EJ and PB in my nute formulas...listed in thread below.

try getting promix and mixing in with 1/3 foxfarms. I used a preferted soil half and half with promix and my babies are doing great.
