As above. Pretty simple question I'm looking at the summer solstice(longest day of the year) is 15 hours and 20 odd minutes. Now i'm thinking of starting my plants indoors and then taking them outdoors but thing is I want to grow them in a greenhouse with natural lighting vs 18/6 indoor lighting.
This time of year the hours of sunlight per day are just getting close to 14 hours a day, and will continue to get longer until june. I'm thinking If I start the seeds when the days are 14 hours minimum I can veg a plant without stretching it, and without it flowering early. Does anyone have experience with this/ know if 14 hour days are enough to keep the plant from stretching/flowering? Any help would be appreciated.
