DynaGro Grow Coco DTW - Martian Mean Green & Cherry Cream Pie

Hello, this is my second hydro grow, but first time with DynaGro Grow line, the first time I used GH FloraNova series. I'm not really seeing the growth I'd like. I seem to have slow growth and the leaves seem to yellow, black / brown spot, crisp, and crinkle usually starting from the bottom going upwards. I'm having similar issues in peat/perlite same strength nutes. I've been mixing up 1 gallon at a time until the 7 gallon pots which I mix 4 gallons at a time and hand water. Silica first, grow, then magpro, then enzymes, then microbes once per week, then I pH adjust. I only use mag pro when I see phosphorus or magnesium deficiencies, I use extra Grow instead if not. I decided to follow the 1.3-1.5 Veg, 1.8-2.0 Bloom guide with 1.2 Flush. I follow a Feed Feed Flush Repeat schedule once per week in 7 gallon fabric pots. I move them to the shower onto a milk crate to get the water to run off. Using a 600w MH lamp at 75% for vegging.

Week 4 veg
Base tap water @ 300 ppm / 0.6 EC
5 ml Protekt
5 ml Grow
2.5 ml MagPro
1 tsp Dynazyme or 1 ml Z7 1+2
1 ml Orca
6.3-6.6 pH
1.3-1.5 EC

I try to adjust pH to 5.8

The clones are at least 3 weeks old from being put in solo cups then transplanted to 7 gallon fabric pots. The two strains are Martian Mean Green and Cherry Cream Pie, the other strains seem to be doing the same especially the SAGE, she looks like shit now.

The medium is equal parts Hydrofarm and Botanicare coco, and 25% mix equal parts of Growstone GS1 and GS2, nothing else. The clones were in peat/perlite solo cups.

With such high ppm tap water, should I be using R/O?

Should I switch to just 5 ml protekt + Foliage Pro until desired EC?

I do see some purple stems occurring more and more with the coco mix, usually not normal with these plants. It kind of funny, the Coots mix running with Dynagro line I have under the LED is looking alright. The recycled BAS soil isn't looking too good though, could be my fault for training it into a bonsai too lol.

This is what those transplanted clones look like under that 600w MH @ 75%. Too hot to run at 100%, lights on from 4pm to 10am and still hit 86*F in the summer with an AC and vent and two small clip fans. I burp the tents during the day and only when they're on to relieve some heat stress.
