pulled a good one this morning. our anniversary is coming up, so i went to the credit union to move some money into checking. standing there talking to the lady helping me, i get this strange feeling that i was being watched. look around, there is their security guard burning holes in me with his eyes. "huh" says I. wonder what he's pissed about. then, a city cop walks in on the other side of me. "hmmm" says i to self. WTF? as i'm about to leave, it hits me. i had forgotten to take my S&W out of my pants pocket while out in my vehicle! damn thing is so light (why i bought that model) that i had forgotten it was there. as i turned around, ANOTHER city LEO comes in, looking at me. as i got to my truck, they were all at the door watching me leave. no sign at door forbidding firearms, but pretty sure they don't like them. good thing i know damn near all of them in that branch...i guess they knew i was just old & forgetful, lol...while it IS light, it still prints as an obvious pistol through the cloth.
