Ducting questions??

ok guys I got a 6 inch ac hole in my 400w hps hood. What attachments do I need from home depot to get it venting correctly, do I need some special adapter for the hood so it fits those flex ducting? Can I get this at home depot ? I am hooking the light to a stanley blower fan. I may even reduce the holes to 4 inches...can I go from 6inches to 4inches with an adapter ? :joint: What are the pieces called that I need. Thanks guys very new at this

You need a 6" flange to the hood then a 6" to 4" reducer to use 4" ducting. A 6" starter collar from home depot might work as the flange but most just buy a flange from a hydro shop. If you are using a stanley then you will need a 6" starter collar for the stanley too.
