Ducting connector for 4" to 6"

Hi, I have two different hoods. One exhausts at 6", the other at 4". I can't find any fittings to connect the ducts together. I've searched home depot and a variety of other sites.

Any ideas to combine the ducting?

home depot MUST have 4-6" reducers, unless of course they are out, try osh or ace or elsewhere, but there are sheet metal companies on the internet if your really hard up. I also look here for things when I need some random thing, just search for ducting or something, MCMASTER http://www.mcmaster.com/

check at heating supply stores. alternatively you might find one made for woodstoves/chimneys

THANK GOD! I had checked the HD website and they weren't listed there. Home Depot and Lowes is too far away from where I live for me to always run out there and check for what I need.

Yeah, the search functions on both of those sites suck ass...if you're not searching for a major appliance or something that they sell billions of, don't expect their websites search engine to find it.

Either should have it...I got my 8x6 adapter at Lowes...HD sometimes has some things that Lowes doesn't and vice versa...but between the two you shouldn't have any problems finding it. Can you call them to see if the adapter is in stock?
