To whomever might be interested, I've got four pots running floraflex caps with three 1/4" lines going to each cap from a DIG Top 12 bubbler manifold with .6GPH pressure compensating emitters on each port. The system is plumbed with 1/2" pvc/braided tubing. Running a Seaflo 3.5GPM pump, through an Arkal filter. I had a fixed low flow pressure regulator on the system but even at a rating of 35psi on that I was only getting 8psi at the end of the run. I took the regulator out and ran it straight and wound up with 85psi at the end of the run.
I finally found this and it has solved all of my pressure issues.

It's an adjustable water pressure regulator for an RV. A few turns of the screw on it and I was able to dial in the pressure perfectly. The pump doesn't short cycle, and the pressure stays steady on the discharge side at all times.
Figured I would share in case any of you are having issues with getting water pressure right in your drip systems.
Happy growing!
