Drooping Plants

Plants started to droop 2 days ago. Wondering if they could be root bound, they are about 8 inches tall in 6 inch diameter pots. Roots starting to poke out the bottom hole.

Other possibilities could be that they were just fimmed, moved under brighter lights, and watered. Please help. this problem is not fixing itself

they are in mix of peat/compost/pottingsoil. No nutes yet.

pictures were taken a day or two ago when drooping began, has since gotten worse. Please help, ASAP

Okay, just repotted them into some bigger pots, Don't know how much bigger of a pot i can fit in my box, hope these will do from here on out. Don't really know if they were rootbound or not. See pics below and you let me know if that was the problem. They are only under 4 23w cfls, so i dont think it is too much light. Havn't fed them yet, thinking about feeding them 1/4 streanght floranova veg tonight, Should I use quarter streanght florolicious plus too? looking for some guidance from you all. Please anyone, let me know what is going on with these bitches.

added some perlite in the mix as well
