Drooping leaves on clones

I just repotted my clones into solo cups to hold them over till my nutes arrive. They were watered with a mild nute solution and placed under 400W HPS. They were transplanted yesterday and just today a few of the plants have drooping leaves. I've seen plants droop when they are dry and it's not nearly as bad, nor has it gotten worse. Just looking for a few suggestions of other things besides no water that may lead to these droopy leaves.

sorry my camera is out of battery so I can't give you any new pics but this was taken last night.

I'm not sure. I'm sure someone here can give you a better answer, but to tide you over, occasionally clones will wilt after being cut and placed in the cloner. These usually die. I read here recently that clones rooted in a bubbler like lots of waterings because they're spoiled by the constant water in the cloner. Also, you obviously want to break them in slowly as far as light goes - going from a couple of flouro tubes to a 400w can be a shock. I just placed a bunch of rooted clones under a 400w, and one of them wilted. Fortunately it sprang back after a day or so.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, but those are my suggestions, too much heat and/or not enough water. Oh, might it be low temps? Well good luck with it.

I'm gonna have to agree with Dude on this one. That's a big shock to change both your medium and your light source all at once.

raise the light and/or switch to flourescent. Wilt is caused by transipiration water loss rate greater than water uptake rate. Increased light/heat obviously increases water loss...

im with the 2 posters above...a little to much a little to early, lift the light if you can stand the cost :rasta:

These clones have pretty good root bases. I've watered them twice now since and raised the lights significantly. They are showing signs of toxic buildup (raised ridges on leaves) so I'm trying to flush them. They haven't improved but by the same token they haven't gotten worse.
