Got robbed for the 3rd time this week.

I started a new job on Sunday, in which i work late hours. Well, these hours apparently conflict with my regular dude's sleeping habits, so i've had to "roll through" late at night here.

Here's a little back story... I live in a part of America that knows that segregation is outdated, they realize that the confederacy lost, and absolutely ignore it. I live on the white side of town, minorities live on the other. I didnt make the rule, so dont flame me for being a racist or anything like that.

Well, the drive thru happens to be conveniently located in a rougher part of town, the ghetto, which is on the minority side of town.

To make a long story short, i'm pissed, and sober. Last time i go to the ghetto.

I understand it must be nice for those who are able to go to a "trustworthy connect", but here in the dirty south, there's no such thing. Nugs dont exist. The only thing down here is brick. And for the record, EVERYONE who deals green here, also deals coke, crack, meth, and "e-pills". And all of them are "strapped".

I've grown before, with success. I was an OG member, and a cannagenetics member. But right now i'm in a place where it is completely unsafe to grow, and the cannabis laws are completely absurd. You think America's bad, well my state laws are why people think that in the first place.

Blast - I'm not knocking you but not all dealers are "slangin" meth and crack too. You just have to find the right people. I have gotten huge nugs down here in the dirty south. IC Mag is a growing site! Start something up. All the info you need is right here on ICM. Even if you don't have the house or land you can find an abandoned lot somewhere and do some guerrilla growing. Don't start toting a gun around...that's the best way to die by one. Just make better friends and try to start your own garden.

Brainthor - I'm all for giving back to the community...but when the ghetto comes knockin on my window with a brick...there is a limit to generosity. You are right trying to change the problem instead of fueling it. However, I spent the last weekend chasing a 17 yr old kid back into a "ghetto" (which I choose to live by).
He has broken into cars on our street over 30 times in the last month. He has already gone to Juvenile at least 5 times (He never stays for more than a month or two).
Fortunately he is now old enough to go to the big boy jail and my 2 mile chase with a pistol and cell phone brought the police knocking on his doorsteps.

We should always be striving to better the world around us and spreading peace...unfortunately that sometimes means fighting those people who would harm others.

i personally don't believe that IC members should suggest rolling around strapped. yes, it has lots of stopping power, but why would you wanna get caught with weed and a gun? gives the cannabis community a bad rep... if you need to bring a gun to go pick up weed, why the hell are you putting yourself through that scenario?

i'm not 'young' in that aspect. I'm from a place where all i got was nug all day. I've lived in cali and dc and all kinds of other places...then i moved to a very rural town not too far from real ghettos of ATL and JAX and all the other bullshit cities. There is no doubt in my mind that there is real dank in the south. But no offense boondocks, you can shut the hell up. YOU dont know what the hell i'm talking about. Come to my town and find nug, seriously, try. I've lived here for 2 months, and its all little ghetto kids with stolen guns and meth, with a little weed on the side.

first of all, stop fiending for a hit. you sound like an addict and that doesn't smell good on anyone! if you keep up with this hunt, you might just get the best damn high you've ever gotten and then 6 months later you'll be wondering why you've got a black/hispanic cock attached to your lips and a needle in your pocket.

second, take your time and find a dealer, a good one. these guys are all around. you just gotta know where to look. take it to the colleges. they're smoking up like crazy at the college. im sure there's one somewhere near you.

third, just do the damn grow man! **** it. you're gettin robbed and could end up gettin shot over some shit that's probably not even worth the initial toe twitch to get up! build a stealth cab/micro grow type shit and try to be happy.

fourth, im with brainthor. bring some fire to the people. teach those clowns in the ghetto to grow. impress them with your knowledge and show them something better. this is what i am doing with my own group! they're watching me closely with my own first grow. when i get this shit set up right and do the perpetual grow, i'll hope to have most of them on board doing their own shit as well! hopefully in the future, i'll be a plant and seed dealer. you can probably do the same.
