Hey peeps, i got alot of pm's for some of you people worried about where i was,thank you very much it was very thoughtfull of you guys to worry about me. makle me feel good i got friends

as for the rest, im sorry i have been away, my son got sick and he was out of school for 3 days and the sleeping issues was horrific, I did something increadabley stupid the other night, about 3 days ago
i was watching season 1 of desperate housewives with my boyfriend, or you could say husband, been together 10 years now.....
we was watching tv and i was making bird toys for my african grey and i was using some scissors to cut holes in the paper towel rolls for the wood strips i was using. well i wasnt paying attention and i was looking at the TV while doing this and it cut through the paper towel roll and stabbed and sliced my index finger and had to have 8 stitches
it got me increadably good, i was freaked at first
but im in a huge amount of pain due to the stitches and the injection of novacaine they fgave me, they couldnt numb my finger right and had to go with it half numb, so the last 3 stitches that went on th side of my index finger was given without numbing medication and they still hurt
so im taking a break untill my finger gets better, im typing with a big gause in my finger and now its getting sore,
so thats all for now, i thought instead of sending out mass pm's i thought i would make a post here since everyone knows this is where i post the most
thank you again and will see you soon, prefably within the next 5 to 7 days when i have them removed out and i can stretch my finger all the way out
i really hate when i do stupid shit, so laugh away or giggle, cause the hospital folk did
this stress lately with this my son being ill and my court ate coming up
the prosecutor wants to give us 7 years if we go to trial, for first offender
and we are eldigable for probation we have no record
i think its up to the judge not him?
we are still fighting thr warrant and plant numbers
we only had 10 plants and they tryed to say we had 26
the rest didnt have roots they was cuttings i was going to root later but not all at once
the prosecutor wont even let us sign a 409B where if we go to trial we can still be offered probation,
he is trying to make us plea blind and put a cap of 3 years if we plea blind, the dude is nutz
7 years for first offender 10 plants
he cant give us that amount with that plant number even with the full 26 plants they tryed to say we had, he can only give us max 5 years
but anyone who is under 50 plant limit is eldgable for first offender probation
sep 18th is the day we go back to court..... i have my faith in god and he will see us through this just like he told me from day one when they bursted into my home
you wil have your day you just wait...... they got that warrant illegally, so i have my faith and letting god work his thing
