uuuuh, plants need light period. if they look a little greener because you turned off all the lights for three days thats because its probably reverted to flower and is growing real fast. dont turn off lights, your going to shock them even more. if the lights too intense bring it farther away from your plants.. but dont leave them in darkness. as for the dampness, try to drain as much of the left over water out as possible. and throw a fan in there to help evaporation man. that little girl looks pretty beat up, especially if shes in flower right now. you might get a hermaphrodite and youl deff get some stunting. my advice to you, is to start drinking heavily. or get some new seeds in the ground!

Dig up the plant and put it in a gallon size pot. Turn on the light. 
stop messing with the light schedule man. veg gets 18/6 or 24/0 , flowering gets 12/12, anytime your screwing with light schedules your stressing and (possibly) herming the plant. Id suggest watching the ready-set-grow that high-times made. Its a good watch and only like 30 mins long and best part is, ITS FREE! just google it, lol.
