I am doing some research into the kilo or kilos of Skunk#1 seeds that were given away by DW thru Gypsy Nirvana and Seeds Direct in the early 2000's. My question is were those seeds from the Sativex era or earlier? What is the backstory on those seeds?
Does anyone have a photo of the seed packs made up for this?

I believe those seeds were the same lot that Flying Dutchman carries. Hit them up and they will give you detailed information about the specific lot of seeds.
I thought Flying Dutchman didn't exist anymore? Back when I got the seeds there was a strong assumption that it was the same as Flying Dutchman. But I don't know how their skunk line compares and if it's the same. I do know it's skunk#1 and advertised as a gift from DW.

Sad. I get it though. If it's Sativex Skunk#1 they aren't going to share that info. I assume it is from that era because of when the seed giveaway happened.

You're a hard charger aren't you?

Well good luck in your search. I tried.

Sometimes you gotta see the forest through the trees old timer.
Okay you are right. Perhaps they have the info I need. But honestly that's second hand info. I was hoping to hear from DW. He gave the seeds.

There used to be a photo of one of the free seeds packs on the net. For sale for $5000.00, described as the ultimate seed pack in any collection. Now you can't find that or any reference to it. The GW hit team erased it.

I think it was 2012 a video interview with Rob Clark was posted think it was a series, but there were a few 3 or 4 maybe ? In one of the videos, Rob spoke about Hortafarm that he and Sam started and back then he openly spoke about how they had 47 or 49 strains patented and more were to be.

That video is no longer up, and it was removed not long after it was put on YouTube, so who knows how many lines we all grow are the property of Hortafarm.

Sativex the original offered product is Sk#1 unless it's been changed and I don't doubt that. I followed what was happening at GW loosely.
