Does topping or FIMing make sense with an A.F.

Auto flower enthusiasts,

Does it make sense to FIM or top an autoflower? If so, when? It seems transplanting the plant at the wrong time can induce stress, would that hold true with a FIM or topping for example too early too late, before flowering, after flowering, etc.

I did a search and there was not much feedback on the subject.

There is some info on LST on the other hand.

LST can be used if you have space limitations or if you want to get better light exposure to the plant.

I am excited about autoflowers but there is not much selection in the boutique and in seedbay many auctions do not end for quite some time.

on seedbay you can buy them anytime you don't have to wait for the auction to end. 99.99% of the listing at any given time are "buy it now" only once in a while will there be some auctions

I wouldn't top or FIM an autoflower. I do almost always LST them at around the two week mark

heres a green house green-o-matic LST'd

As above! :) Nice plant.

I would shy away from topping or fimming due to the short veg stage an AF has, you could stunt it/stress it at a time when it could be entering it's most vigourous growth stage.

LST from young and you will have a bunch of nice colas without any adverse effect.
